Cameron James is currently seeking an On-boarding Administrator to join a leading public-sector healthcare organisation in the heart of Harrogate.

As an On-boarding Administrator you will work closely within the HR function to support the administration of and processing of all new employee`s starter information.

Your core duties will include processing all new employee`s starter information from start to finish. This will involve processing Enhanced DBS checks, uploading all new employee information from eligibility to work documents to chasing and gathering references. Submitting Induction packs and employment handbooks and ensuring all employees data is accurately recorded. All in all, ensuring each new employee is fully communicated with throughout their on-boarding journey and all their new employment records are 100% compliant and accurate.

This organisation is growing from strength to strength and you will be managing up to 20 new starters on a weekly basis and working to quick turnaround times.

And there`s more, you will take an active part in regular internal events to charity days to enjoying developing your own career through in depth and ongoing training.
